Rock hard bump and feeling 'different'..

I'm 33 weeks pregnant today and feeling significantly different to how I felt a few days ago. My bump seems to have shrunk ( it feels like it's moulded around the shape of LO) and is incredibly hard. I generally feel heavier, and less able to do things I previously had no problem doing, and the need to pee constantly seems to have returned with a vengeance. Should I be as worried as I feel or is it all standard 'you're just getting more pregnant' stuff? First picture is two days ago, second is today.

Sincerely,
Clueless FTM

You might have a urine infection which is irritating your uterus or it could be a number of other things. Either way it would be worth getting checked out. Ring the ante natal ward.

Hello OP

I too would speak to someone if worried but this was like me with ds1.
I think for the later ones stomach was already stretched so didn't get it the same Grin
Its probably baby growing and your skin stretching, they can grow a lot during those last few weeks. I was like a weeble towards the end Grin

Maybe give maternity assessment a call if you are worried? Is baby still moving as normal etc?

Is it permanently hard or does it relax after a few minutes? If it's the latter then it sounds like Braxton Hicks...

Call triage please. My bump was rock hard all day the day I went into labour.
