Extreem headache ever after vomiting.

My sickness has well and truly kicked in now, my appetite has gone completely and most of the day I'm puking bile (sorry tmi).
Every time I'm sick I get possibly the worst headache ever, it feels like my head is about to blow up.
The pain is in my whole head, but after actually being sick it tends to stay at the front above my eyebrows.
Has anyone else had this? I havnt seen a doctor yet about this pregnancy but I will be going soon, is this worth mentioning?

I suffered badly with sickness and headaches, when I was sick the headache would actually go. Defiantly mention to your GP, and try and drink lots of water that defiantly helps x

Dehydrated from the sickness im sure a headache there can indicate dehydration, sip water small amounts regularly through the day some is likely to stay down then, and def see GP to get properly checked out, headaches can be caused by hormones in early pregnancy too, im suffering with constant visual migraines thanks to the hormones (going on the pill does it too until my hormones level out and get used to it)
