Presuming everything is ok What's the norm afterwards? Bloods/ urine / other....neither?

At the scan appointment? Nothing, we just had the scan and left.

Agree - they scan you, you leave. To be honest even if there is a problem you will only get brief details and an appointment to discuss properly at a later stage. Good luck and enjoy the magical time!

I'd previously been advised to take a urine sample to my 20 week scan. After the scan I briefly saw a midwife to talk about the position of my placenta- she looked a bit confused when I brandished my sample bottle at her!!

Thanks! That happened to me last time and i dont have a sample pot either! Luckily i can pee on request these days!! Wink
