Second pregnancy- suffering anxiety and numbness towards 16 month old

Hi all, it's difficult to write that but have registered on here as desperate for support/thoughts. I have contacted HV and GP already so am only looking for personal experiences please. I had depression with 1st pregnancy. Second baby wanted but pg has come sooner than planned. Am absolutely exhausted, v depressed and feel a bit numb towards the son I've always adored. I feel broken and confused. Please can anyone help?

Sorry you are going through such a tough time.
Good that you have already contacted HV and GP.
You might get more personal responses if you put this in the mental health topic as lots of people there who have had ante natal and post natal depression.
Try and take things as easy as possible to take the pressure off. Take care.
