Insure and Go cover up to 32 weeks including premature birth due to natural causes (many don't do that)

You will probably need to have a doctor's note to say you are safe to fly though

I personally wouldn't... I travelled at 29 weeks on holiday, you have to have a doctors note and insurance, then spent my weekend in Sicily thinking "what if???"

Virgin. (Ironically! Wink)

I flew to Rome at 26 weeks and their insurance was very comprehensive and covered our baby as well had he been born early. Really recommend them, they were very helpful. I didn't need a doctor's note, I just took my pregnancy notes with me incase anyone asked to see them (no one did).
