Light spotting at 11 weeks

Hi everyone just after some feedback really,I am a mum of two and I'm 11 + 4 today with bump no 3 on Saturday evening I had some very light pinkish spotting.i phoned hospital and have a scan tomorrow in the early pregnancy unit as have not received date for dating scan yet.Ive been ok up till now just the usual tiredness and sickness.Today I've started spotting again brownish what's like discharge,I'm quite worried about the outcome of tomorrow.

Try not to worry as spotting in early pregnancy is common.
Have u had any previous scans?

I don't want to scare you but i did have similar with my dc#3 at 10 weeks and it did not turn out to be positive at the scan (i had all classic pregnancy signs/symptoms)

P.s i am now expecting again, only 5 weeks and hav early scan nxt week x
