My doctors have written to me and offered me the flu jab. The only problem is that it's 2 days before my due date. Does anyone know the risks?

here is a patient information leaflet that summarises all of the available scienitifc information about safety of the flu jab in pregnancy. Hope that this helps :)

The link given above is very good and impartial. Personally I think the jab is still worth getting, even very close to your due date, as it will protect the baby from flu when it is a very vulnerable newborn. And also yourself, the last thing you want is to come down with flu this winter when you have a new baby to look after.
Good luck!
