Groin pain

5 weeks pregnant after 2 miscarriages and for the past 3 days have had a nagging ache/dull pain in my left groin. Anybody else experienced this? Its worse when I walk around but hard to get comfy sitting/lying too never a sharp pain and bearable but annoying. Not sure if its pregnancy related or if i'm paranoid after mmc!

Well there is a pregnancy symptom called round ligament pain. Basically the round ligament goes from your womb down to the groin on each side, and if its stretched as the womb enlarges its painful, especially upon movement, like turning in bed.

But 5 weeks is a bit early - the uterus wouldn't have stretched that much yet surely. It could be just a non-pregnancy groin strain! Still - google round ligament pain. Its extremely common and harmless.
