I'm 38 weeks pregnant and for the past couple of night I have been waking up to sick in my mouth? I no it sounds horrible and it's not a lot but it starting to get me worried I might choke on it.

Yes its really scary it was caused by heartburn/baby crushing my insides. Omeprazole really help and it's stopped. Hth

Yes in both pregnancies. Sounds like acid reflux - sleep with an extra pillow so you're slightly elevated and have gaviscon or similar. I used to keep a pack of chewy remegel by the bed.
It goes as soon as you've had the baby, think it's just caused by growing bump meaning less space inside.

What they said!

I've had a few nights the same. I got a v-shaped pillow and used it to jack myself up, together with loads of Rennies just before going to bed.

Then I went and got Zantac, which frankly changed my life.

its a constant for me that why i have gaviscon all over the house and two bottles by my bed and some chewy duel action ones in my bag at all times ,its cos baby is pushing against your tummy , i also dont drink or eat anything bout 2 hours before going to bed and if i wake up hungry i drink a glass of full fat milk , it does go though cos my poor sister had it constantly through her pregnancy and was fine the night she came home x
