I'm having such a hard time I went to the doctors and got some anti sickness tablets and they worked for one day but today omg I'm so ill I don't know if I can do this till the end im only 6 weeks Hmm

Oh no it's shit isn't it?
With dd3 I was sick from week six right up until I had her :-( I know that's not what you want to hear but it does get easier as you get used to it if that makes sense. I'm hoping to avoid it this time as dealing with a nearly 9 month old and puking will not be fun!

I can't keep anything down and that's with taking anti sickness tablets from the doctor the only thing that has helped is sucking pear drops or rhubarb and custard sweets

If you can't keep anything down I would go back to your doctors. You might be suffering with hyperemesis, which is extreme sickness leading you to be dehydrated. I'm currently 9+3 and have had sickness nausea and fatigue since around week 5. Really struggling day to day- just walking around like a zombie! It's not nice so I do feel for you. X

I thought it would never end , it was horrid , my advice is to sleep as much as you can and have a massage x sickness will pass xx
