Hi ladies,

Im nearly 12 weeks, got my scan tomorrow. The last few days ive had a really tender lower abdomen. Friends and family are commenting you can already see a bump, but i know at this stage its just bloated and water retention.
I have no pain, my belly is just tender to the touch, when i sit down i have to go slow, and i almost feel as if something is gonna fall out if that makes sense?
Anyone else had similar ?

It sounds like round ligament pain - everything will be starting to loosen and stretch in anticipation of your insides being reshuffled to make room for your womb. Delightful, isn't it? Grin

I found that it felt like a pulling pain when I sat down or stood up too fast. However, if you're unsure, ask a MW to check at your scan tomorrow. They're there for reassurance as well as physical health, so don't be afraid to use them whenever you're unsure of anything! Smile

That has been normal for me, at least! Now on preg no.3. I think it is stuff stretching and also that is just where the top of your uterus is right now!

I'm at the same stage and have had the same thing over the last couple of days. I think it's a bit of bloating/wind combined with stretching. Had scan today and all well so doesn't seem to be a problem.
