Yes as long as the D&V doesn't go on for days.
Try sipping flat coke.

Yes, I had it too. The worst ever! Baby fine. The most important thing is that you stay hydrated. Get some rehydration salts (dioralyte), it's safe in pregnancy and will help you feel better and protect your baby.

Yes, baby will be fine but it's important you don't end up dehydrated.

I had D&V a couple of weeks ago and wasn't keeping anything down. I was about 15 weeks at the time. Ended up in our maternity assessment unit on a drip to replace the fluids. If you are worried, could you ring GP and ask to speak to a doctor?
