I got the usual stretching pains during 1st trimester, had to assume the foetal position to sneeze etc. it pretty much went until a couple of weeks ago (I'm now 27 weeks) and now it's back, worse than ever.
Like the worst stitch you could ever imagine! I get it in the middle of the night, if I'm walking, doing the dishes, driving. Any time!
Is there anything I can do to ease this? When it strikes, no amount of rubbing or moving helps! Angry

Poor you! I got it around that time as well and I'm now 35 weeks! Nothing can be done! Try to keep your knees together when turning in bed, getting out of the car, and get up slowly from chair/couch..
When it is really bad for me then I take a nice long warm bath.

Good luck with rest of your pregnancy..

Have you tried a bump support band? I have a Blooming Marvellous one which is a bit like a sort of tubigrip that you wear round the bump and I find it helps take the weight of the bump a bit and gives my stomach some support. It doesn't totally solve the problem now at 36 weeks but I'm definitely more comfortable with than without it.

Loving the bump-bra! :-)

Haha. I walked round chester zoo all day today and the bra would have come in handy! Definitely treating myself(with OHs bank card!) to one at the weekend!
