I am a ftm (27 weeks preg) and am driving myself nuts with anxiety about food.

I avoid all the NHS "no no" foods plus try not to eat ready made sandwiches / salads / cold lunch meat. Even still, I manage to convince myself that something I ate wasn't heated properly or was contaminated. Crazy.

Is this normal behaviour, are my hormones to blame or am I becoming a total neurotic?

Weirdly I am not at all scared about the wine spritzer I had yesterday (my 2nd alcoholic drink this pregnancy), which just shows how irrational I am being.

I am normally quite level headed so this is unusual.
