Im 24 weeks. If i squeeze my right nipple i get clear discharge. I have just tested my left nipple and only a tiny tiny bit was produced. After i squeeze my right nipple and the clear discharge comes out i cant get any more out...

I realise i sound quite mad. I do suffer from eczema and occasionally get sore cracked nipples. They are fine at the moment.

What in earth is this discharge?

See i have heard of colostrum being called liquid gold, so i always assumed it was a goldy colour. ......Blush

It's quite normal. You don't 'run out' of it so don't worry. There'll be plenty when baby comes along.

The liquid gold thing comes from it's value. MW mentioned it was worth £500 per ounce - more than gold, I think.

Wow! Might have to get pumping Wink

Completely normal! Your body is just getting ready to feed your baby.

squizita · 14/09/2014 09:14

My colostrum comes more on 1 side than the other. MW said quite normal.
I can't get more than a tiny mini drop but mw says my body will "know" when baby is out and up production.
