Freezing cold!

Hi, I'm 5 weeks pregnant and i'm absolutely freezing cold all of the time, all of a sudden.
I'm wearing thick socks and boots at work but still feel cold, especially my hands.
The funny thing is the weather had been lovely this week and it is really hot (apparently) in temperature.
Is this common? Anyone else experiencing this?

I did between about 4 and 8 weeks. Still, I got my thyroid checked and suggest you do too - in case its underactive and causing you to feel chilly. Just in case Smile

I had this from 6 weeks to 12 weeks - I had to wear a fleece and loads of layers in our office as I was freezing. No thyroid problems here, it just seemed to part of the joys of the first trimester...

I had that too at the beginning which for me was January so I was ridiculously cold. Just wait until the third trimester when you're constantly hot, poor DP has a jumper on all the time as I need all the windows open & still hot!

I was the same with both pregnancies. I am 35 weeks with number 2 and now bloody roasting. No in between. From my limited research, it's totally normal and goes away. hope your pregnancy goes well. Smile Smile
