I've been at my new just over 2 months. When I started I was 8 weeks pregnant. I was being made redundant from other job so no other choice than to take this one and in fact I didn't know I was pg until after my interview.
My plan was to hide it until after my probation but that it getting harder and I'm now 21 weeks and still have 2/3 weeks till my probation is up. Good thing is that as I haven't been there long they don't know me as well as somebody who has been there years and therefore it's been easier to cover up with baggy tops etc....
Am really scared to tell my boss. Wwyd? X

I wouldn't mention it until I absolutely had to. But if I had to I would first make sure I had collated everything I had on paper saying what a good employee i am, as insurance. But then, I have a suspicious mind.

If you don't tell but they guess they might let you go.
If you tell them then they'll be worried you'll think you're being discriminated against so won't.

I waited until after my six month probation period was up before I told work. I also made sure that I had my latest review in writing and that they were happy with things before I said anything.
I was so nervous at telling my boss. She was shocked I could tell but was very nice about it.
I would hang on if I were you. The only issue I had was trying to get out to go to appointments so I used annual leave so I didn't have to lie as much.
