Hi guys just wondering if anybody could help...

Basically I work part time (3 days a week) in a warehouse type job. I'm due to finish on the 19th, but at the moment things aren't great and my stress levels are extremely high! My car stopped working yesterday so I can't get to work, and that in itself is going to cost a fortune to fix. The train costs 17 pounds for a return which is just not feasible as I get 45 pounds a day at work, and I can't even afford to put that on my card as I'm overdrawn. Basically I've become extremely stressed because of money situations as well as the fact we are moving house some time this week. Also had a huge vet bill to pay which has put me in the situation in the first place, and am definitely going to have to sell one of the horses now.

I'm also having real trouble breathing, and it's really flared up with the extra stress, as well as being exhausted.

Basically my question is, will I be able to start my leave early or does a certain amount of notice have to be given? Or will a doctor be able to sign me off or will they think I'm being ridiculous?

Thanks in advance
