Has anyone else got constant hunger I am eating us out of home and I am still hungry any ideas what I could try to eat to curb it even slightly?

Try and eat 6 small meals a day perhaps?

Drink a glass of water when you feel hungry and wait 10 minutes to see if the hunger passes.

Have a ready supply of snacks available...crudites and dip, toasted mini pitta to dip into humous, fruit, dried fruit, crackers, yoghurts, a pack of those mini cheeses in individual wrappers, cup of soups or homemade soups frozen into mini portions, falafel etc.

I know how you feel, I get the odd hungry day when I just seem to be hungry all the time!

Snap, I'm 23+3 and I have days when I just cannot stop. Luckily though I have other days (usually the weekends when DD not at school) when I am so busy that its not on my mind 24/7.
Twice last week I woke in the wee small hours to scoff a bowl of cereal!
Like Emma suggests, I am trying little and often, rather than little and often and in-between! It may well just be a phase of growth for baby?

I hope it's a phase I have been like this just over a week I keep trying to find things I can eat I seem to have an allergic reaction to all fruit which is driving me mad as I really enjoy my fruit and now some vegetables seem to be joining the if u eat me I'm going to make you so itchy you will want to scream bin.
Will try the small meals through out the day has anyone got some healthy options which don't include fruit and no leeks or carrots?
Glad I'm not the only one my dh keeps saying he's just going to leave me at the supermarket with the debit card :)
