Had a trip down the stairs it happens all the time but thought better get checked
everything is fine with the little man movement and heart beat are perfect, they decided to do a scan to be 100% sure

The scan showed I have very little fluid around baby, I have to go for a more detailed scan tomorrow to check and if it is low I have 2 go on the ward for monitoring

I'm wondering if any1 else has had this? Feeling a little lost and not sure what's going to happen

Xxx

Yes it happened to me with my youngest DD.

I fell down the stairs (landed on my bum). I did have a little bleeding, but nothing to be concerned with. The trace showed her heart to be fine.

A few days later I had a regular scan, and it showed low fluid levels, which had been high before.

The junior registrar seemed unconcerned, and more concerned with DD2 being transverse, and I was booked in to have a caesarean in six days.

Four days later I realised that I hadn't felt DD2 move, and went to the hospital, where I found out her heart had stopped, and she was dead.

The consultant has 'assured' me that neither the low fluid levels, nor the fall were related to her death (not was the fluid level decrease attributable to the fall), but I really don't believe it.

I haven't told you this to worry you, but as your situation has some similarities to yours, I'm urging you to monitor movements very closely.

Good luck x
