Inhaling Karvol

Can anyone tell me if inhaling karvol from steam to clear sinuses is ok during pregnancy?

I don't know but my pharmacist told me, when pregnant, that it is the steam part that works more effectively than anything else, so you could just use steam if you don't get a definitive answer.

You could phone Boots if you want to add something to the steam though, they are usually helpful over the phone. I think maybe you could have menthol? That is so strong it blows your head off so would be very effective, but check it is ok to have first.

I was told karvol was fine for pregnancy and have used it in all 3 of my pg's
