I'm 40+3. Trying to lean forward on chair when sitting and not slump on sofa, as much as possible. Maybe I should spend some time on all fours as well??
Just wondering if there's anything else I could be doing. Last baby was back to back and I'd like to avoid that this time, although I know it can be just as painful when they're in the right position! Would be interested to hear what anyone else who is due is doing.

I got a gym ball this week, as sitting on this is supposed to really help. I quite enjoy doing the stretches on it - just some I've googled - some help get baby into a good position. Gym ball was only cheap from supermarket. There are loads of good websites like spinning babies with advice on positions.
Being on all fours is supposed to be good too.
