Never had this with my first dd but is this really what it's like?!? I've been sick all day and also sitting on the loo, now I can't keep water down I'm really struggling to even stand up how the hell do I go to work and look after dd?

Could be morning sickness but I guess be careful in case it is a bug and you need to see doctor. Being stuck on loo diesn't sound like ms to me but just my experience.

It is grim though. I could hardly walk some days with mine.

My first 14 weeks were awful - couldn't have a shower because I couldn't stand up long enough! When I tried out of sheer bloodymindedness I thought I was going to faint and then was sick down myself :( :(

It can be truly terrible. Also I had a bit of a dodgy tummy but I wasn't on the toilet all the time - that could be a bug as other poster said.

If it is ms it will probably get better by the second trimester. I couldn't work for the first 3 months but the doctor was very sympathetic signing me off and prescribing cyclizine (anti sickness). Hope you start feeling better sooner, [hugs]
