I am 24 weeks expecting 3rd. Two DS's 7 and 5y. 7 yr old SEN. Work full time
but have nanny for 3days who does some housekeeping. DH living away for next 12 months who comes home monthly for wkend.
Frankly feeling exhausted and under the weather all the time . Struggling to do exciting things at the weekend with DS's so feel guilty re this. I am not sure if it's my age or just doing too much.
