pregnancy symptoms when breast feeding

I'm breast feeding my 11 month old still, waiting for AF to arrive this week and was wondering what if I was pregnant would I know, would I have the same symptoms if I was breast feeding?

when I feel pg with my ds I had tender boobs, would that happen if I was regularly breastfeeding?

what are others experiences of falling pg while bf?

I was bf dd1 and she suddenly pulled away and made a face - as if to say 'this tastes different, what have you put in it?' - Then I thought, oh hang on, I've got that weird metallic taste in my mouth I had when I was pg...oh!

It felt pretty much the same as first time round. With DC2 I just woke up one morning and felt pregnant.
