I'm 34 + 2 and not sleeping great at night due to toilet trios, heartburn & generally being kicked quite a bit.

I'm so tired during the day, for example today i was up at 7.30am & got DD ready for school. Napped from 9.30 - 11.30. Got up & had a coffee & back for a lie down 1.30 - 2.30.
I'm taking iron which seems to be making me more tired & I gave diarrhoea with it.
DD due home from school soon & I know I'm going to lie on the couch & let her watch a DVD so I can have more rest!

I could have written your post! Except I dont have any DC yet but am still working, EVERYTHING feels beyond me at the moment. And then some smart arse tells you to get your rest in now because you don't know what's going to hit you! I think I got 3 hours sleep last night, despite being completely exhausted all day... I've achieved almost exactly nothing today!

Im 33 weeks and have spent the last hour laying on my bed while 3yo dd goes from room to room fetching me tea and toast from her play kitchen, books to read and generally amusing herself. We live in a ground floor flat and the kitchen is gated off so shes safe, but it makes me feel slatternley.

DH due home now so he will sort her while I lay here and decide what I want for tea.

I'm 33 weeks and have been in bed today from 2-6. I just can't sleep at night constantly turning over, really sore achey legs, then my bladders full again and I have to go to the toilet, have to have a fan on or I wake up boiling hot. I honesty can't stand it much longer been crying today feeling sorry for myself Sad xx

I felt the same yesterday LBNM19. Just as I was getting comfy I'd have to get up to wee.
I think sleep when you can, maybe our bodies are trying to tell us something! Thanks

I'm also 33 weeks and have to take nap with DS (12 month)

When I was pregnant with him I was also exhausted a lot, and got told rest a lot while you can! To be honest, once DS was born I wasn't as tired as was during pregnancy. Even if I had to wake him up every two hours to feed him. (He had jaundice and the best medication for them is to eat a lot)

I'm looking forward to when this baby is born. Then I will be tired from raising to kids but not tired because I'm growing a human being inside me. Grin

Thank goodness I'm not alone! I'm 33+5 and the tiredness has kicked in. I'm sleeping alright at night really apart from wake ups as I turn over/ get comfy. But I have NO energy in the daytime at all. I have 2 DC and they have spent most of today watching TV as DH working. I feel so guilty but I'm not up to much. I still have a few weeks left at work too with 10 hour non stop days.
However, based on my previous babies, I still find this easier than the newborn stage!
