How long did you sore arm take to subside folks? I'm 37+ 3 and can't sleep on my back anymore but now can't sleep on my left because of mg arm. Wished I'd had it done earlier now!

Took 2 days to calm down for me.

Pickofthepops · 05/09/2014 05:48

A good couple of days too .. It's quite a peak though, when at its worst it will improve quickly from there. Smile

had it done Wednesday (31 wks) and still a bit sore if I press it, but ok to sleep on.

LBNM19 · 05/09/2014 11:10

Mine took a week, it felt like a really sore spot. Nurse told me to rub moisturiser to cool it down which helped xx

Took over a week- if there's a next time I will get it in my right arm as Zi would rather sleep than be able to write!!!

PenguinsIsSleepDeprived · 06/09/2014 12:45

Nearly a week for me too. Sorry.

FoxSticks · 06/09/2014 12:50

I had mine done yesterday too Loz, blooming painful it is too. I also struggled to sleep last night. What with feeling too hot, trips to the loo and sore arm I hardly got any sleep, good preparation for when the baby is here Smile

eastmidswarwicknightnanny · 06/09/2014 19:02

Had mine done thurs and asked for right arm so could sleep on left still hurts today but less than last couple days and having nursed v v sick babies with whopping cough would rather a painful arm for few days than a sick baby

Lozmatoz · 06/09/2014 22:08

Seems to be easing off a bit but it now appears to be the favourite part of me that me DS (2.5 yrs) likes to jump on.

My dd of the same age helpfully patted my arm better straight after having the jab.
