I'm already a mum by adoption with two little ones and am under 30, I haven't had a pregnancy before. I've been on the pill for around 18 months. In April this year I went on prescribed meds which had a few side effects, mainly a lot of diarrhea. This righted itself and I only have the occasional bout once a day and not every day. I know I've forgotten my pill twice in the last 3 months, not sure when. I also know when I had the worst of the diarrhea we were on holiday and 'did the deed' a lot as it was our first break in forever. It never crossed my mind that the diarrhea would effect the pill until a couple of days ago.

For several weeks now I've been experiencing lower back pain day and night, I'm always tired, and in the last two weeks I've been getting period type pains occasionally. I should add I back to back my pill and haven't had a break in around 3 months. My children are both very young (under 2) so I'm pretty fed up right now as feeling ropey most of the time. A pregnancy would be very welcome, if ironic, after years of trying and now on the pill with two little ones!

I've absolutely no clue what to think. I'm posting here just to see if anyone can help / relate / share experience....
