I could be pregnant as me and my partner have been trying , and my periods are very much same each time every month but I started yesterday ten days befor my period I had light pinky blood with bad headache and stomach cramps .. But then last night it got heavier and today it's like flooding red blood feel very tired and stomach cramps what could this be .
