PLEASE HELP!!! PREGNANCY?

Hi me and my partner have been trying for a baby , I have felt of for a few weeks then today iv had a very bad headache, stomach cramps, and I have had a light flow of blood ten days before my period. What could this be? Please help! Shock

It may be 'implantation' if you have conceived, where the cells bury themselves in your womb lining. It can make you bleed lightly. Wait 48 hr (so the hormones build up) and take a home test with 1st morning urine. Good luck!
