When to take the test?

My period is always regular (every 4 weeks to the day), apart from my last period which was 5 weeks. Based on the normal 4 week cycle I was due on 8 days ago.

My period hasn't yet come, but that is the only sign that I would be pregnant.... I haven't had any other symptoms as yet, but maybe I'm not supposed to so early on.

If I have fallen pregnant it will only be 2-3 weeks.

When should I take a pregnancy test to ensure an accurate result?

Thanks in advance for your help & advice.

You can test the first day of your missed period and get an accurate result. Bear in mind the clear blue digital are accurate at telling you if your pregnant or not but don't take the amount of weeks as gospel.

OK, thanks for your help. I guess I'll buy one tomorrow then! :-)

Use the first pee of the day for improved accuracy. Although I got my BFP with pee after I'd been to the shop to buy a test. Also recommend digital as the whole line thing's so vague.
