Arggggh! 30 weeks tomorrow...

Awwww guys! I don't know how to cope much longer! 30 weeks tomorrow and work is literally stressing me out! I was admitted to hospital a week ago today with high blood pressure! I'm due to start maternity leave end of Sept but I don't know if I can last that long! Heeeeeelp Confused

Can you go on early or get signed off sick with my first I left at 29 weeks I literally couldn't take anymore x I'm 32 weeks now I don't work anymore but exsusted looking after my 2year old x
