I'm thinking of taking up yoga but I'm clueless of where to start. I've done a few poses just messing around; nothing done seriously.

Normally, I'd go ice skating or play ice hockey when stressed or want to relax but DH has banned me from putting skates on this time around due to his obssessive fear that'll fall and hurt me (like last time) & baby.

My idea of relaxing is hitting something so the idea of yoga is foreign to me but I'm willing to try it. Any advice on where I should start? Do I really need to go classes or buy those dvds? trying to follow the dvd would stress me! Grin

Pregnancy yoga is very relaxing. Find a class near you then use DVD once you know the basics
