Spotting after sex

DH and I had sex this morning for the first time in a while (I'm a recurrent miscarrier and at 4 weeks I spotted after sex so it's only been a few times since) and I had some very pale brown when I wiped after a wee a few hours later.
I've had some stretching/cramping pains but no more than I usually have. I'm 14+3 and have had 4 brilliant scans.
Is this likely to be normal/one of those things or should I be worried? There hasn't been any since and nothing in my knickers.

I have similar spotting, and am also a recurrent miscarrier. I also spot on certain times in my cycle - got it checked out, turns out I have what they call an 'eroded cervix' which sounds much scarier than it is, it just means my cervix gets a bit red/raw sometimes with hormones: it still works perfectly well . It scared me a bit though so we decided to be intimate without full sex for the duration.

If it is just a few wipes of brown and nothing else, give your MW a phonecall for reassurance but at 14 weeks it sounds more like a bit of physical irritation. :) They may well ask you to come in for a check up, they did with me... had a look, decided all OK, sent me away again. :)

This pregnancy I have been on anti coagulants too, so it was even scarier than usual as the blood was quick/red - but all was well and I am now 37 weeks so of the size and creakiness that any chance of action would be a fine thing.

Thanks Squiz, I'm on aspirin so I wonder if that's a factor. I get bruises if I have an insect bite so I'm guessing the friction and the fact it had been a while all added up to a bit of irritation. There's been nothing since, if I have any more I will let the MW know.

I also have bleeding, quite bad after sex. Also very light spotting on wiping. Been and had it checked and like pp mine is caused by cervix. I've had several LETZ treatments which has left cervix mushy.
All perfectly normal but due to the treatment I'm having a few extra scans.
