Hi

Just had to share this as it's really made me happy (and made little 'un seem more real!)

I'm 30+2 and have just had the most amazing experience of feeling little 'un move around under my hand.
I know this may not seem like a big deal, especially as I have been feeling some pretty impressive acrobatics/kicks (at times).

Tonight was different though. Little 'un started kicking and shuffling around. Usually they stop when I put my hand on my bump but not tonight Smile
Tonight, they moved into and pushed my hand! Not sure if it was bum or head (i think head as they were breech at 28 weeks but OH thinks bum as he says they've turned around) but I loved it!

Sorry, pointless post but had to share with people who would understand - OH not that impressed!!

Ah lovely! My OH had done tummy-time before and the little man was kicking away lots. OH said he was putting in a show for daddy. I didn't like to reiterate too much that he does this all day and all night! Keeping me awake right now, hence me being on here! God bless mumsnet for the sleepless nights!

Not a pointless post at all, it's an amazing time and a wonderful feeling to feel your baby moving Smile

It is a wonderful feeling - makes up for struggling to walk for long or in a normal (non-waddling) fashion!!

Didn't mean to imply OH not interested, he is but tends to feel them more at night in bed.

My little one moves most when I'm trying to sleep at night. I always spoon my oh and press my stomach against his back and we fall asleep like that, baby moves kicks and wriggles and we can both feel it together and then fall asleep or he laughs because 'she likes to kick daddy' it's so cute.

I love it when my baby 'answers' though half the time I think she's shrugging and saying "gerroff mum, I'm trying to nap/kick your bladder...".
When DH puts his hand on the belly and talks she moves too.
