Is it something I should worry about??? With both ds and dd always measured one week bigger but it was the fact mw said she would see me again in 3 weeks to keep an eye on the growth. Ok ds was 9lb1 at 15days late and dd was 6lb14 on due date and both were told that they were a week bigger and I am fat.

I wouldnt worry, i was told ds2 would be small as i was having him at 36wks. he was 1/2ounce under 8lb, so not a premiie my any standards. good luck!

I wouldn't worry Nemo, not at this stage.
I am 31 weeks and measuring 34/35 so when I see midwife next week, unless my bump has shrunk considerably i will be sent for a growth scan to find out what the situation it. Could be that I am carry the BFG around in my stomach oe baby may be breech, just don't know at the minute.

My bump seemed to have grown a bit fast at my apt today - OB thought possibly a lot of fluid around the baby. I had that (polyhydramnios) with dd, its not that uncommon - and usually doesn't mean anything whatsoever.
But measurements are defintiely not an exact science, and they thought dd would be big - 7lbs 7oz at 39+4: I wouldn't worry!

wouldn't worry - i measured 37 weeks at 34 ! had agrowth scan - baby around 51/2 pounds at 35 weeks, then born 40 weeks exactly weighing 7 punds 8 - hardly huge! i carry really big - looked like having twins from about 10 weeks with both pregnancies! ask for scan later on if still concerned.
