Birth ball and bouncing.
Woke up with a stinking headache, very tired from a disturbed night of leg cramps and little feet in my ribs, generally not the best of moods. As it's my working from home day and my hips were hurting too (whine whine whinge), I sulkily sat on my birth ball instead of a chair. Some bouncy dubstep somehow found its way onto my playlist - I must have been having an "I'm not old" moment recently - and couldn't help but bounce along.
Bad mood...gone! Magic cure!
Anyone else got some cures for grumpy days?
