I am 37 weeks pregnant and have been having pains under my bump and moves round to the bottom of my back and hips. It has been happening most of the day. Is this a sign of labour or just baby moving down?

Sounds like engagement pains to me. Labor pains start off more like period pains that become more intense and frequent, they take over your body and stop you in your tracks. You will know when they happen. Hope this helps.

Ive already a baby bt everything happened all at once. Mw thinks im in slow labour and is already engaged alot
