Miscarriage?

I have no idea to post this, so I am sorry if this is in the wrong place but I found out that I was pregnant with twins 2 weeks ago, and was around 8 weeks. last week, I started to bleed, and went to the hospital, was told I had miscarried and lost the babies.
Myself, DH & DD(15) are not coping well at all. Any help?

Im sorry for you loss, Maybel. I recommend the miscarriage association leaflets. They won't take the pain away, but they might help you grieve and talk about what happened. They have some for partners and family. Be gentle with yourself. I did lots of drawing and walking and talking to close friends and DH after my two mc, which again didn't help take the pain away but did help me get through it.
