Done a pregnancy test about 2hrs ago 4pm ish. Came up an extremely faint line but I'm not sure if the test is faulty or if I am indeed pregnant. I have recently come off the implant and has sex unprotected with my fiancé not a few times since.
I haven't had a period in iver 3 years but had a small period about 3 weeks ago for only a couple of days.

Can somebody help?!! I will attach pictures of which I have edited in order for the very faint line to show...slightly.

If the line came up within the proper time for that test (so probably less than 10 minutes after), then you are probably pregnant. False positives within the proper time are very, very rare.

If the line came up later, it might be an evaporation line.

Whatever happened, I'd test again tomorrow first thing.

Hope you get the result you are looking for.

I came off the implant and had a mini period 2 weeks after. 3 weeks after this I found out I was pg so it's definitely possible! my faint line came up outside the 10 mins so I wasn't sure....keep testing but know it's possible!

Looks like a faint line to me!
Have you got some more sticks? I'd test again in the morning, first morning urine should give you a more visible line if it is indeed positive

DanyStormborn · 15/08/2014 19:15

Can't really tell - sorry. When I tested very early on that type of test the line was so feint I thought it wasn't there. The best test for me was First Response, on the same day it came up with a much stronger, definately pink line when the cheaper test line was almost invisible.

CherryPie3 · 15/08/2014 19:32

I can't tell whether it's a positive or an evap line, sorry. Definitely test tomorrow with fmu and let us know though. Are you hoping for a positive?

Byrs10 · 15/08/2014 20:51

Yes hoping for a positive! Although, if negative, not too fussed (lies lol)...
I have just gone to get more tests, clear blue and a cheaper one. So will test first thing tomorrow morning! I just want to make sure so that I know to stop smoking the odd cigarette and not to drink alcohol on my holiday in the next few days!

Will let you all know what happens tomorrow morning :)
Thanks for all the replies!! Really helpful and made me feel a little better that it may just be a positive YAY! :)

I see a faint line... POAS tomorrow! Good luck :)

Byrs10 · 16/08/2014 20:46

Well, I took two different tests this morning and both darker lines and both positives! So happy about that!
Still isn't sinking in so will take another in a few days. Going to make an appointment with my GP anyway, maybe hearing it from her will be a little more real :)

Congratulations Thanks

DinoSnores · 16/08/2014 21:07

Congratulations! Flowers

Your GP probably won't do another pregnancy test as her tests aren't any more accurate that a home pregnancy test, so she will take your word for it more than likely.

I find that each time it doesn't begin to get really real until I have a massive, kicking bump anyway. Until then, I don't really believe it despite the urine tests and the scans. It is just too odd that there is a human inside of me!

sazzle82G · 16/08/2014 22:49

I'm in the same boat as you. Did a test yesterday which came out positive. :) It was a clear blue one and I hear they're pretty reliable. Doesn't feel real though. I've had dull cramps all day like I'm about to start my period. Are these implantation pains I've heard people talking about?

SweetsForMySweet · 16/08/2014 22:54

Congrats Byrs10

Sazzle82G, cramping in early pregnancy is normal once there's no blood

CherryPie3 · 17/08/2014 15:31

Yay congratulations!!! :)
