Weird feeling in uterus, when to worry?

This is my second pregnancy but I didn't have this feeling with the first. My uterus just feels tender, I don't know how else to explain it. It's a constant feeling, doesn't feel like ligament pain or general stretching at all.

It feels worse when I move or sit down suddenly. It's like it's swollen, which I know it is because there's a baby in there, but have you ever had an organ that's swollen when it shouldn't be? It feels like that. It's not immensely painful, just uncomfortable and unpleasant really (although I have a really high pain threshold and often notice things at a later stage that I should IYKWIM)

I also have a constant lower back ache which doesn't get better if I rest.

Does anyone have this? Is it normal? It feels so weird.

Thank you!
