ligament stretching apparently and oww

Had stitch in my side last hr and according my lovely friend who is a midwife and googling is ligaments stretching. Def not comfortable.

Apparently it worse if you little (oim only an 8 normally).
Guess that teach me for rushing around today

I m getting a lot of this at the moment. It's pretty painful at times. I'm usually a size 6 too so I feel your pain :)
