I am being kicked or punched or head butted and it feels like it's in my vagina.... It's seriously uncomfortable and slightly unnerving to be in a work meeting and keep a straight face whilst someone is knocking at the door. Blush

Is there a way to shift baby out of doing this or am I stuck?????? I'm 21+4. Fairly active. But seriously not enjoying being kicked in the hooha!!!!

I have my placenta to the front of my stomach so not feeling a lot at my tummy. I do feel kicking at my left side .... Please tell me I don't have 18 weeks left of a battered fanny.... Confused

Sorry but I guess you are stuck with getting the punches/kicks down there. Grin
What did you scan show, how is your baby positioned? With feet up or down?
Mine started with feet down, basically right on top of my bladder. Outch
Now at 30 weeks she is head down and she loves to play with her hands with my bladder or whatever she finds down there Grin
And kicks me up on top either right into my stomach or where my gall bladder used to be. (I had gall bladder surgery in December 2013, and fell pregnant 2 month post surgery. So it is still sore in there)

Congrats and good luck Smile

I'm 29 weeks with a transverse baby who for the last few weeks has been booting my bladder.

At least it's forcing me to exercise my pelvic floor!!

Sorry, DrewsWife, but you may be in for a while of this! Am 26+3 and have had this exact feeling for past few weeks.

Occasionally feels like he/she is planting a foot at the top of my rectum too. Lovely Hmm

The many joys of pregnancy.

Yeah mine is now big enough and positioned nicely to punch my bladder with one hand, my fanny with the other and stretch her legs right up under my ribs. At the same time! Cheeky monkey.

Oh I'm screwed. Arggghhhh. Rest of pregnancy it is then.

To be honest at scan I didn't ask. I just assumed it was across the way no real idea and she didn't say anything. Must check my notes to be sure.

I keep breaking into song the old Paul McCartney one. Someone's knockin at the door.... Lolol.

Sooooo can't wait for the rectum kicks Confused.

I went through a couple of weeks of wallops to the cervix, normally while standing cooking dinner but by about 25 weeks things seems to have shifted and I haven't had a breathtaking knock for a while now.

I'm 23+3 and had this last week, then baby did a major shift and it stopped. I have a very active baby though doesn't take after me so I'm fully expecting a shift again soon and back to cervix kicking.

I love feeling the kicks and movements but I have to say, being kicked in my cervix was something I wasn't quite expecting and a feeling I really, really didn't enjoy!

Kicks to the cervix used to make me jump up out of my seat to start with. It’s such a weird unexpected feeling! It does go on until they’re born I’m afraid, and then you can enjoy being attacked at the nipples instead. Babies are lovely Grin
