Hi saicharitha. I'm not an expert at all but here is what I understand from your results.

Teratozoospermia is when >40% of the sperm have an abnormal or unusual shape or appearance. The sperm heads are normally oval, and it says here that most in your husbands sample are pyriform which is pear-shaped or teardrop shaped.
The acrosome is the part of the sperm head that helps break through the egg to allow it to be fertilised, and it says here that a few are without acrosome, so presumably most sperm have the acrosome intact (which is good).
Im sorry but I don't know anything about how much of an issue it is that the sperm have this unusual shape.
Do you have a follow up appointment with the clinic where you can ask more questions?
