Bleeding at 10 weeks?

Heya. From my owns you can see I'm only 17 and I'm bleeding very heavily. This started on Sunday and I went to A&E, I was given an exam and internal scan and they couldn't find the cause. I was having severe cramping at the time and blood was dripping down my leg.

It is now Tuesday morning and I woke up with bed sheets soaked in blood. I'm ludicrously scared and worried; I don't know what to do! My grandmother is telling me it is not quite worth going in as I'll be sent home but something doesn't feel right, it hasn't since Sunday. However, scan is all normal?

I'm very confused and despite my research I don't have any first hand experience of this, apart from my mum miscarrying at 13 weeks when I was 12, and she was only spotting blood.

Has anyone had any experience of this and have had a healthy baby? I'm in two minds. Babies daddy also worried and thinks I'm risking babies life by staying at home.

Thank you hunsx

I would ring your local early pregnancy unit or just go in

I had a heavy bleed with my now five year old. But it was just a one off. Woke up blood soaked. No cause could be found. However I had no pain and you do so I do think you need to get checked over.

How many weeks are you?

God just read the title 10 weeks!

Clearly not fully awake here.

Epu or call your midwife?

I'm 11 weeks tomorrow. I had a scan on Sunday and was told everything was fine, however, I'm still being soaked in blood and the pain is quite severe. I'm frightened for my babies life.
