Confused by scan photos off gender baby #2

Hello

I had a scan at 17 weeks and was told I was having a boy.

However at my 20 week scan I was told I was having a girl and that she could not see any 'boy bits'.

Here is the scan below,if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks :)
