I'm now almost 29weeks, and though I haven't been the best sleeper so far in pregnancy, this last week has taken the absolute proverbial.
I get up for work at 6am anyway (have job that involves long hours - think 40-50+/week), but every morning this last week I've been up at 3:30am, and only just getting tired enough to go back to sleep in time for my alarm to go off! Early nights seem to make little difference either

I've heard your sleep becomes erratic in pregnancy - but is this it now for the next 10 or so weeks?! Is/was everyone else like this?
