cervical stitch

I'm 19 weeks in two days and had my second cervical stitch just over 2 weeks ago at 16 weeks, my first was 12 years ago with my DS. Last night I was inserting my progesterone peccary and this time I could feel the thread/ribbon that they stitched me with sort of like it was lose or like the bow from a lace after it's tied. I'm already fighting the urge to not constantly panic about every twinge as it is but this has me really worried my cervix could have dropped or something else may have gone wrong even though theres no pain or bleeding etc... I was also definitely feeling fluttery movement before the stitch and now at almost 19 weeks with baby No2 I'm feeling nothing, with DS I was feeling movement just before 18 weeks. They did find baby and heartbeat three time since the op but this is still worrying me to. They just keep telling me baby is too small to feel but that can't be right given I was feeling movement before. I'm terrified of calling the hospital about what I felt last night because when I did a few days after the stitch was put in due to really bad pains I was getting they did the most painful internal exam ever TWICE and I bleed for over a week after. I don't think I can go through that again! Sorry to rant and ramble. Just wondering is there anyone else who has ever had this dome and could feel the same thing I could? Or just any advice.

Re the movements. Baby doesn't have regular movements until around 24 weeks. You may feel movement early on but you won't feel every movement that baby makes if they are floating around away from your uterus wall.

However, saying that, if you are worried ring the midwife. They would rather talk to/see someone 20 times to tell you everything is ok than to have someone who doesn't want to disturb them but has something wrong.
