im currently 22 weeks preg...
At night time I can never get comfy so I am forever tossing and turning..
when I turn from one side to the other I get a crampy pain on one side of my tummy and last night I turned around and I got a horrible stabbing pain on my left side of my tummy... painful it kind of took my breathe away... and all day today my tummy has been really tender... should I be worried or is it normal?? I am so scared I might hurt the baby by moving around all night long... and can anyone tell me a good position to go to sleep at night and not keep tossing and turning
Many thanks

The baby is ok I turn quite a lot when Im Sleeping (37+5) and at this stage I have to throw myself over as bumps so heavy I can't turn lightly. I got those pains you described earlier on at night it's just because you muscles are stretching and you turn a funny way at night which has just over stretched them more, nothing to worry about just turn more slowly.

My tummy has hurt when rolling over in bed since about 15/16 weeks. It felt like I had really bad tummy ache, but only happened when I rolled over. Mentioned it to my midwife and she said its prob where everything is moving around inside and my stomach was just a bit tender. I found that rolling slowly helped, so roll onto back slowly, wait a few seconds, gently roll onto other side. Seemed to let my insides 'catch up' with my body moving!
