Am currently 31+5 and I know diarrhea is common in pregnancy. Have been fine until now but since weekend am suffering and am due to go on holiday with the in-laws next week. In a caravan! Seriously bad timing. Apparently imodium is out so, any suggestions or remedies? Please!

Get down to your GP! I had horrific diarrhoea for the 1st 3 months, turns out I'd developed lactose intolerance. Maybe they can test you? Worth a try! Good luck.
